Why You're Stuck at $10k-$50k/month

It’s not your work ethic—it’s your current state.

“Bro, how? Why?”, I said to myself…

While looking at a fluctuating and sometimes stagnant Stripe account after months of grind.

If you’ve been hustling away, stuck between $10k–$50k/month, I get it—it’s frustrating.

But the truth is, the problem isn’t that you’re not working hard enough.

In fact, it’s probably the opposite.

Most entrepreneurs plateau because they’re trapped by 3 ‘silent killers’ of growth:

1. Doing More Instead of Doing Better

You think working harder is the answer—adding more tasks, taking on more clients, or buying another tool or course.

But scaling isn’t about volume; it’s about optimization.

At $10k–$50k/month, your time is your most valuable asset, and doing more only drains it.

To grow, you need fewer, higher-leverage activities that actually move the needle.

Leave that Gary V ‘grindset’ in the dust.

(Gary, if you ever see this, you’re an OG. No disrespect.)

2. Complex Systems That Overwhelm You

You’ve been sold the lie that the more “sophisticated” your systems, the more money you’ll make.

CRMs, funnels, automations—they sound great, but are they actually solving your problems?

Complexity kills growth.

The truth? A simplified, streamlined process is often all you need to scale.

When you focus on what works, instead of chasing shiny objects, your business grows with ease.

My first mentor in the online business space taught ‘The Rule of 1’.

I’ll relay that rule to you in my next email.

Simplicity scales, complexity fails.

3. Stuck in the Operator Mindset

At $10k–$50k/month, most entrepreneurs are still stuck working in their business rather than on it.

I’m sure you’ve heard this regurgitated line now in 100 Instagram business reels, but it’s one of those annoyingly true statements.

One client I’m helping right now is still doing fulfilment, and we’re shifting him to a more leveraged approach.

Seriously, ask yourself; How can you scale if you’re fulfilling all of the work?

After $10k/month, you should be delegating.

“Only I can do the job this well, no one will be able to fulfil!”

Okay, don’t be a nerd.

You don’t think someone can do your lead gen service for you, at least 80% as well as you can?

You’re the CEO, but you’re acting like the employee—handling day-to-day operations, wearing all the hats, and putting out fires.

To scale, you need to shift your mindset and how you operate to build a business that runs without you.

By the way,

My YouTube is slowly taking off, which is a good sign for you.

I’ll be posting more gems, and ideally some great quality videos as we grow.

Stay in it,
