How to Solve Your Biggest Problem in Minutes
Using a billionaire's 'Problem Solving Matrix'
It’s no secret that everyone has problems.
Some are bigger, worse, and tougher than others.
There’s probably one problem that stands out in your life a lot more than others.
And you might have been stuck on exactly how to solve this big problem you have.
The irony, is that we’ve never been taught exactly how to solve problems.
The schooling system never gave us insight on what solving a real world problem would look like.
I’m talking about problems in business, life, relationships…
Not ‘solve 5 × 3987 - 34 = X’.
Luckily, I have a framework you can use.
A billionaire mentor shared this with me in a private mastermind session in Costa Mesa earlier this year.
It’s called the ‘Problem Solving Matrix’

It’s quite simple to use.
Define your problem
Set a timer for 5-10 minutes
Write down as many solutions as possible (even if they seem dumb)
Perform a solution audit (look over the top 3 solutions)
Choose the best solution that can solve the problem
Create an action plan on how to solve the problem
List out 3 next steps you need to take to solve the problem
Set a deadline time/date on when the problem must be solved
It might seem super simple (because it is), but most people sit in stress and anxiety in their minds…
Instead of writing out the solutions and putting parameters in place to actually solve the issue at hand.
Stop stressing, and start being proactive to solve problems easier.
Don’t make life harder on yourself.
Cheers,
