My Plan for Crushing 2025
The 'Quarter Century Shift for Success'
Happy New Year, friend.
I’ve taken some “time off” to reset and get my head in the game for 2025.
I’m calling it my, “Quarter Century Shift for Success”.
I’ll explain what that entails in just a second, but I want you to understand what my idea of “time off” is really about.
See, most entrepreneurs chasing greatness get caught in this phase of “the grind” they can’t escape.
It’s like they’re addicted to the trenches and feel guilty if they even come up for air.
For example, I was following this one online coach over the holidays,
Until I saw his Instagram story on Christmas Eve giving an entrepreneurial virtue signal of how he’s left his family behind to create a logo til 1:00AM.
Now, I’m not the type to punch down, that’s not what this is.
I love when young guys are getting after it, giving it their all. I’m your #1 supporter.
But, he’s stuck in this “people have to see me grinding constantly” mindset, doing work that Ai can do in minutes.
And on top of that, your logo isn’t a priority unless you’re Pepsi, or some massive corporation.
Like bro, go spend time with someone you love my guy. You’ve earned it.
Look, I get it. It might piss some people off, but I used to be like that.
I’m totally for leaning into what makes your version of success stand out.
And maybe you need to be in that mindset until you get yourself out of it.
The problem I see with guys stuck between $10k-$50k/month, is that mindset can be motivating in a competitive sense,
But also toxic in a way where you feel like you’re banished to the gulag forever and can’t escape.
When the reality is, you need you pick your head up once you have some breathing room financially to see what the next step is.
This means clearing your mind, getting out of the trenches for a little bit, and focusing on the most logical, and leverage filled play.
As an entrepreneur, and more importantly, a leader, your mind is your greatest tool/asset to the business.
So, my idea of “time off” still has me working where I’m thinking of the next play.
In that sense, it probably won’t feel like “the grind” will stop.
Although, it’s healthy to unplug at times, like the last week of the holidays.
That’s where I can strategize about what goals I have, and how to make them happen.
With that said, what’s this “Quarter Century Shift for Success” all about?
Well, it’s simple.
I’m going to:
Grow the personal brand and invest into it organically + paid ads
So expect to hear me yapping more often, still giving you gems though (I got you).
Scale my new high performance offer that helps me transition from DFY agency work, to DWY leveraged work to help clients scale.
This is something that is aligned more with my athlete nature in relation to business.
Create more and learn more skills.
I’ve suppressed my creative side for way too long, and it’s time to tap into that.
Long term, I want to have physical product businesses, and own other assets of course.
Say what you want about guys like Conor McGregor and Logan Paul, but their personal brands have shot them into a level of business that many entrepreneurs can’t even fathom.
I plan on starting that journey in 2025.
And to tell you the truth, it should’ve started a decade ago.
Luckily, I’m in my 20s, I’ve seen some success most would love to achieve (thank God), and the second best time to “plant a tree” is now.
So here we are.
Let’s crush it this year. Lay it all out on the line.
Forget fear, other people’s opinions, the BS doubt that creeps in your mind.
You’ve got this.
I’m rooting for you.
