How to Stand Out & Command Respect
The only 3 traits you need to have
If you know me, today’s a good day.
Why?
The Leafs won their series last night (my hometown NHL team for non sports guys).
I don’t watch much hockey anymore, but playoffs are a different beast. Incredibly entertaining.
There’s this guy on the team, William Nylander, or “Willy Styles” as they call him.
This guy just farms aura like his life depends on it. Complete sty.
It’s all how he communicates who he is, his playing style, it commands respect and allows him to stand out in the league amongst insane amounts of talent.
You probably think that having some sick tech stack, system, or editing style is what will make you stand out in the market as a young guy in the online business space.
The truth is, you just blend in like every other business nerd out there preaching what the best AI app is right now.
Who cares.
That’s a level playing field.
You remain like everyone who can access to those things, zero sty.
If you want to be a dangerous specimen in this world & print cash, it comes down to what most people can’t do.
Most people can’t:
Read to retain & apply information
Write to intrigue & gain attention
Speak to communicate effectively
I’m not saying you need to have an IQ of 200 – but look around…
Most people blend in because they suck at those 3 traits, or they’re too afraid to try.
Even if you become great at one of these traits, you’re already miles ahead and the benefits are immense.
The moment I nailed copywriting and direct response, I started gaining attention.
But, I couldn’t communicate well enough to close sales, so I needed to learn that.
And once I did, money started coming in.
In no way am I claiming to be the best copywriter or closer.
You just need to be better than most.
Communicate your value, communicate who you are.
This is where you stand out, and command respect in any given market.
It’s the moat that separates you from everyone else.
Stay in it,
— Aiden
